Batteries and inverters. Propane for lighting. Power should be back in a few more hours. Then I will turn on the chargers. Generators make noise. I do not want company if it gets uncomfortable for too long. If power is out for more than a few days, it is time to enjoy the peace. People start looking for comfort. The propane lighting keeps them from knowing the surf is still up. | ||

42 Days huh!?? If the weather in these northern states, I'm in Minnesota, doesn't change soon we may have to have Homecoming in July!!!! Our riding groups here have already cancelled the "Defrost Your Nuts" run and the upcoming "Flood Run". WTF!!! | ||

Nobody that went to the 2010 Homecoming will EVER forget that one! As far as the weather is concerned, it's always unpredictable until late June and July. Then August starts going downhill again. | ||
