well i am trying to upload some pictures from my phone to my laptop, and when i connect the usb cord up it tells me that the usb device is not recognized ..... it worked last week with no problem.. any ideas of what i can do.. thnaks | ||

i have tried two different cables so far and still no luck. but my friend brought her camera/ cable over and it worked so i guess it is my phone then. | ||

Turn phone off, then back on. Maybe reboot computer too. Try again. | ||

Samsung 4g I am not sure which one it does not say in it. Im thinking it is just the phone I restarted it and A the laptop and still no luck | ||

I think there is a setting in the phone where you can set/change the usb connection type. Mass Storage / Media Device / Camera, that may help. You can also find out how to reset the phone back to factory settings which may do it for you too. But I am pretty sure that earases any personal contacts/photos etc. | ||

If you can't email or text them off the phone you def have some issues. |
