so, 1313 stumbled across something interesting on ebay he thought i might want to see. ok so they arent trying to sell my actual motorcycle, but they are using my actually motorcycles image to sell their product!

lol, i wish it worked like that, but it doesnt. it is what it is. nothing to do about it. i just one of those things you never expect. and gladly thats not my house! the roof on mine is only a few years old! |

If you are caught using one of the Getty images that you don't own- you will find yourself in a damn bit o hot water. If they are not going to compensate you with a tip of the hat, cash, discount on parts - I would tell them to remove my bike from their site. (only I get to post wh#re my rides ! ) |

Copyright violation as long as you own the image. Send an email to ebay and it should be taken care of fairly quickly. "Should be" being the operative words. |

If they've nicked your image somehow, they are indeed in violation of copyright laws. They owe you! |

LOL.. looks like your image is their product. A complement to your bike and photography. It is dis-honest of the seller though, he should have asked your permission. My wife does hula photography and came across one of her images being proudly displayed in another photographers gallery as their own. It was quickly taken down when he found out his "error". |
