He's not a Bueller, but is into one of my other hobbies - turbo Dodge cars. He and our friend Barry entered a 1988 Aries K car in the GRM challenge this year...and WON. And this weekend, the "ScAries" managed to knock off a 10.94 pass at 124 mph at the drag strip!!

Just figured a bunch of gearheads would appreciate a 10 second 4 cylinder turbo Aries K car sedan : )

I'll see if he has any. AFAIK, it's based on a Spirit R/T 16v turbo engine - Lotus 16v head, 2.2L displacement, DOHC, big ol' hybrid turbocharger, triple-core intercooler...and a dash of NOS thrown in ; )

He's working on getting me pics...but I was wrong. It's an 8v motor!

I've had a Spirit R/T, and currently have three turbo cars - an 87 CSX with a S70 Garrett on a 2.5 that's waiting for a custom calibration (should be here this week!); an 89 CSX with a S60 VNT, ceramic coated and ported head and intake; and my all-stock one-owner 91 Daytona CS/AGS competition package car with the factory Mitsu turbo. The RT was fast...but temperamental. I'm with Pat here...stickin with 8v stuff from here out. Back when I was bracket racing on a regular basis, my headgasket turned into a 12-second fuse...and I could swap it in the pits with hand tools between rounds.

(although...for an R/T owner, I have a complete, no-cracks, disassembled t3 head with slightly pitted cams if you're interested...since nobody around here wants to pony up decent money for it)
