Our lowly camera was pushed to it's limits due to most of the action being from a distance. This bird really wanted to be part of the action. Gratuitous pic. She was actually just in the way. She did give me a flyer to a local club. There were some distracting girls on the beach as I was bracketed by some very attractive women, but no pics. I'm not that creepy. Random This is actually just outside of the base. The F22 was definitely the highlight of the day. Thanks for lookin.' |

I would trade the Buell and both testicles for a p-51. I have been around them on and off for years and there is NOTHING else that sounds like one. |

You're breaking my heart now. I lived not three blocks from there at one time, Grew up in Jax. Miss it so but there's no work. I like Fat Albert the C-130. You should see it on take off with JATOs firing. Stands on it tail and ZOOM to about 1500' in the blink of an eye. |

The pic with the two Angels and the Osprey is truly amazing. Would love a copy of that one. |

the JATO take offs don't exist anymore. they used up the last of the rocket motors a few years back:-( and this airshow being at the beach they are launching from NS Mayport so that was never a part of the Sea and Sky Spectacular. Otherwise a great show as always(weather permitting) Until saturday I had never seen a Raptor in flight in person, man what a thing of beauty. We were on the sand at 9th Ave north |

Cool stuff. Having been to a few airshows before, things like P-51's and Corsairs in the air is not something that can really be described. And if the Viper sponsored Pitts was flown by Sean Tucker, you really got to see something. The man can do things with that aircraft that causes other air show pilots to take time to stop and watch. |
