On September 8th, country music star Toby Keith performed in Houston, Texas. During the show, he surprised a young lady by bringing her up on stage before singing his hit song, "American Soldier." Near the end of the song, the woman's husband surprises her by walking out on stage after coming home early from Afghanistan. Check it out!
Those always get me. I picked up my best friend from the airport after his time in Afghanistan and brought him home to see his baby girl, his first child, for the very first time. I still get choked up thinking about it.
