Got the time off, will be there with a co-worker. We're headed out of MD on Friday morning, should be at the track sometime lunch-ish on Friday. Look for the Holiday Rambler motorhome, flying the Stars and Stripes and an EBR flag! My Uly will likely be there (unless I ride one of the others), and I'm trying to talk Roy into at least trailering his freshly-resurrected S2T. Last year we were right on the start/finish line. We'll see where we can set up this year. We're trying to put together a burgers-n-beer evening, too...so if anyone's interested, post up! | ||

I am going, one or all days but not sure yet. I am only about 50 min north of the track. PS: someone told me if you press an indentation into the center of the meat before cooking the burger, it won't shrink. Never tried it though. I would suggest Dogfish 60 min, it's a fantastic burger beer. | ||

Should have...camping wasn't very full last year, don't know how it'll be this year. Roy's coach is a single bedroom, so even I'm bringing a tent in case he doesn't want me snoring on the sofa all night So, not a lot of sleep-space but for up-and-about entertaining...the more the merrier!! | ||

Times getting close - its next weekend EBR flags are in-hand, bright white with black logo. Deciding what to ride up - uly? Or CR? Either way, we will definitely be there. Hope to see a bunch of badwebbers and Buell/EBR folks, and can't wait to see some good racing!! | ||

What's lodging like around the area? I know I'm a bit late in considering this but I know I'll be riding out from New Market on Saturday (on the 1125R no less) but if I want to do Sunday... | ||

Not sure on lodging...we're camping at the track, and there's also some apartments/rooms/condos on-site as well. Worst case...I'll have a tent and I'm sure Roy has some blankets Undecided if I'll use the tent or just crash on the sofa in the motorhome...but it packs easy so I'm bringing it regardless. | ||

Nik, Consider taking the Cape May/Lewes Ferry. Doesn't save any real time but saves you some driving/riding. Track is about 45min. from the ferry. Did it going to a Buell track day a few years back. The ride home on the ferry at sunset was quite enjoyable. SteveH | ||

Buell camp...hm...if I remember correctly from last year, they don't have "sites" per se, just grab a spot where it's open. We're gonna try to set up on start-finish like we did last year...but if the EBR pit isn't near the line, we'll probably go for the pit location instead of the line (pits are directly across from the campsites). | ||
