I need a new rear for the Uly, and after some searching found one for $140 with free shipping. More than I think it should cost for a rear tire, but less than I could find it anywhere else and less than anything else I could find that is comparable. http://www.amazon.com/Michelin-Pilot-Radial-Motorc ycle-Touring/dp/B005J88E9C/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid= 1345642455&sr=8-5&keywords=pilot+road+2 Not affiliated and I make nothing off it, I just thought I'd share and save others the trouble of hunting. It shipped really fast as well... |

Unless you are riding twisties all the time, you will most likely find there's a lot of value in the PR2s, despite the price. |

Agreed... this will be my second one, and I am sold. I liked the Scorpion Syncs on the 9sx, but the Uly just ate them too quickly. These seem to stick just as well (on tarmac), but last significantly longer, and cost about the same. The scorpion trails look interesting as well, and might make more sense if you will be riding off road. Neither tire will turn the Uly into a dirt bike, but the trails would be trying to kill you slower. But they are pricey. At $140 shipped to my door, buying a PR2 is a pretty easy decision. My preferred dirt tire is this one: A bit pricey as a Uly accessory at $1200, but at that price it includes a free Kawasaki KDX-200 |

A KDX-200 transforms the Uly into a 220 pound, 30 HP, virtually indestructible, go anywhere, any time, woods riding scalpel of a machine. |

That's a good price for a PR2 rear- last ones I got were $150 ish, so not too bad. I'm a convert as well, on my second set and loving them. My Uly mowed through the syncs, have been getting great mileage and ride out of the PR2. |
