not legit, think it'd be further on the news in the MC world. And would Yamaha allow him? Or is it (more likely) a #46 dirt track racer was talking to him? |

Or is it (more likely) a #46 dirt track racer was talking to him? Gee; do ya think? On a more serious note, Rossi supposedly enjoys watching a Flat Track, and spent a good bit of time with Chris Carr at Indy this year. A couple of years ago, he said he'd like to see a Mile in Italy. Maybe, when he retires from racing, he'll try his hand at promoting a race? It would be a real hoot to go see the Milano Mile, wouldn't it? (Message edited by Crusty on August 22, 2012) |

Rossi has actually ridden a flat track bike in Italy. His father Graziano is a partner in an Italian company called Zaeta that builds a beautiful 530 flat track/short track single that has won the European short track championship in the hands of Marco Belli. This is Rossi senior, but Vale has ridden the bike too
