Even though I'd never experienced one before, I knew right away what is was. Nothing could cause the ground to bounce like that except a quake. The suspension and tires dampened everything . I did not know it happened until I pulled into the office. I was pissed. I wish I could have experienced it. I would assume it would be similar on a motorcycle. I was sitting my cab updating my log, and I noticed the State Trooper in front of me got out of his car and started looking around and waving at me. When I looked in the mirror, the other troopers were also out of their cars gesturing to each other and my crate was wiggling around on the trailer. I couldn't feel a thing really, other than my CB microphone was kind of bouncing on it's bungee cord.   Teeps Posted on Saturday, June 16, 2012 - 11:43 am:        I've experienced many quakes during my life. They all said it fell like they suddenly "had four flat tires". Nobody I knew was riding their bike at the time.
