It is with a sad heart that i write. My father the best man i ever knew died to day. My mother is in the ICU after a truck made a left hand turn in front of them this morning. I know none of you met them but they loved to ride. Both were wearing helmets and armored jackets but alas it wasn't enough for my father. they were riding their BMW on rt 12 in Wis. My father is gone but my mother could sure use your prayers if you are willing to give them.

RIP Dad i wish I had have been a better son.

Andy, I am so sorry to hear the news. I am convinced that they were doing something they truly loved when it happened, and I'm pulling for your Mom's complete recovery. And whether or not you could have a better son in your Dad's eyes, you still have opportunity to be a good son to your Mom; he will appreciate that of you (as will she..)

I spoke with Andy very briefly yesterday and his mom was sent to a Milwaukee hospital.

Badwebbers heading up there this week... PLEASE offer any support you can... I know this will be very difficult for him and his family.
