I've decided to sell the 1125r. I barely ride it anymore with the Bonneville being my go to, plus I wanna start racing again and need some money to buy a car. I still owe money on it, so I obviously don't have the title in hand. Has anyone bought or sold something in this scenario? What's the best way to go about it to make sure all involved are comfortable with the transaction? Thanks. |

Once you have a buyer, get a payoff letter from HD as proof of ownership. They also have a form (I think) that you can fill out if the buyer is giving you enough to pay it off, that will get the clear title sent directly to them once your funds clear. +1 on the notarized bill of sale, too. Covers everyone's tail. |

Those have too many wheels and also lean the wrong way in corners. |

Yeah, really. Some kid wads up a gsx-r, bike gets salvaged. The motor is pulled and put on a shelf in a warehouse or worse left sitting out somewhere. Along comes a friendly dwarf car or mod lite racer to give that motor a new lease on life. It's like animal rescue for dogs. Where am I losing you Bartimus? |

And as far as racIng goes, pretty inexpensive to get into and weekly costs are really low too. |
