"New Buell at Blue Moon Cycle this Thursday, Friday, Saturday"
"Now EBR is launching three new bikes for 2013. All based on the high horsepower & torque, 1190 water-cooled V-twin EBR engine. These bikes will all be sub $19K rides! They come in the follow flavors; an R model, a Street Fighter and the Adventure."
RS, SX, and AX models have been noted as "future models" on the ebracing site for some time now, with the stated goal of producing those in consumer grade materials and price range.
First time I've heard an actual number floated though.
IIRC, The names: RS, SX, and AX have been around since the new EBR sight popped-up. But this is the first I have heard descriptions and pricing as well as a call to come see at least one of the bikes starting today.
In a recent interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Erik mentioned being busy with a new bike for 2013. So the less expensive, but still pricey, EBR may actually be on its way soon.

I'd love to see EBR announcing the "next gen" bikes. I hope one is an E-Bike, but thats probably not the best business move for them right now. I smell a Brammo Engage in my future (beside the Uly, not in place of it).
The guy that sent that out,Steven,is a bit cluless when it comes to Buells or EBR.I talked to him last Saturday and he was telling me that they were getting the new "Buell" 1190,that cost 40 or 45 thousand,or something like that. Then he asked me if the engine was a bored out version of the engine on my S2T. As I said "clueless". They will have it on display at Blue Moon this weekend during the races at Road Atlanta.
Blue Moon Cycle will actually have three 1190's on display tonight. One black Carbon Edition and two special factory painted 1190 Carbons. The two paint bikes will be on display in the EBR vendor tent at Road Atlanta Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while the black Carbon will remain at Blue Moon for a few days.
