I haven't been on here in a while as I no longer have a buell nor a motorcycle for that matter but I just thought I would stop in and see how the badweb world was doing. I had traded my bike for a pair of mid 90s firebirds and have been having fun playing with them. I hope to have another bike soon but I have no Idea what my next bike might be or when I will get one. I hope that it is another buell but it may be some cheap pos that i can build a cool cafe racer out of. In any case I just wanted to say hi. |

Wzzup!! Glad to see someone appreciate the BW community FWIW- I recently bought a 79 GL1000 for a commuter, now beginning to grok/appreciate the whole experience, and hate to say, wondering when age/arthritis/fear of mortality will make me sell my beloved XB9SX. (Just proof-read myself- I STILL believe my Buell bond will survive a few years yet...) Anyhoo, nothing much has changed, except for the routine election year BS. |

Good to see you Donald. Nothing like an old tube frame for a bike project. |

I would love to find another tuber though if I do get another tuber. or I would love to find a recked sporster for cheap and build a Norley. I seen one on tv a while back on cafe racer and think those are awesome. Though the frames are not cheap. Though I would love to find a cheap s1 as those are my favorite tube frame bikes. |

Iron Head and Evo engines will fit in stock featherbed frames, but just barely. HogBitz in the UK has a kit to use on Sportster frames. |
