Just got home, it was the best turnout of badwebbers I have ever seen. Good people, and a great time. Met some new people. Had the pleasure of helping out in one of the garages. Completely excellent experience. Had a nice campfire last night. Is it a whole year until it happens again? Oh! did I mention the races? There was some great action and excitement. I won't spoil it, but the sportbike race this morning had a real nailbiter finish. Did I mention how good an 1190 sounds at full song in turn three? The boys didn't win, but they put up one hell of a fight. | ||

Char that was one of my fav pics that I've seen from this weekend, so far. Great to finally put some faces with names. Hope everyone had safe travels home. Here's a few others. From the fan walk on Friday. Guess I still have a "thing" for blue trumpets. (Sigh)...some day.  Greg meeting Geoff May. He and Danny are both such pleasant young men. What an honor to meet them. Char-at least you had a plan B. Hope Michael has a drama-free trip the rest of the way home. Good thing for daylight savings. My system is pretty primative and I'm still playing with the sizing of these pics, but here's more: Ooooh, another blue one...looks like a fun bike.  Action shot... I think I'll just take the truck next year. The 90 mile trip from Jax to the track is all interstate & not much fun. Then I get to park the bike for two/three days in a dew ridden field, just to ride it 90 miles home again. If I take the truck I can carry a lot more stuff & camp in complete comfort. Chris C | ||

I caught rain at the NC/SC border. Made it home last night ~10:30, had just enough energy left to get a shower and crawl into bed. Back at work now and trying to get back into a routine. I had a great weekend with you guys (Char, Chris, Belinda, XOpti, Harry, Guy, Brice, Laird, Adrian...sorry if I missed any). Hey, Char - that's Danny Eslick!! | ||
