It's May weather here in the Great White North (where I live anyway!) 17-20Celsius [68ish F]and dry dry dry.... the good riding roads still have a lot of sand on them so its slab riding for now. Still it's just great to get out riding 6 weeks early. Gotta love this global warming! |

This time of year I'm usually waiting for snow to finish melting. Riding today I wound up with a face shield full of bugs. I've never had that happen in March before. It's been great weather for the past couple of weeks and it looks like it will continue through the end of the month. Sleeping at night has been on the warm side too. I just refuse to start up the AC this time of year though! |

It's definitely spring (almost summer) here, earliest arrival since we moved to the Blue Ridge five years ago. These were taken yesterday.

Ha,bums! Cold wet week last week. No bike for 5 days--eeek! and snow level was down to 2000' this weekend with snow on all the local peaks. |

Spring my @$$! Yesterday I shoveled snow off the roof so it won't collapse. 130" on the ground. Frostbit my toe. On the other hand, got sunburned, and that means that I'll be mowing the grass by June 15. |
