Gunnut... if it's an iphone, the AMA has a custom AMA app that is quite nice. (Though maybe it just takes you to the web site in the browser, and it looks that good with or without the app...) |

I don't think Higbee made it out for the Sportbike practice either. Hope everything is alright. |

Looks like a great field. Aside from the Japanese bikes, you've got EBR, BMW and KTM. Something for everybody. |

Why is this not televised anywhere? It's not on the web, either. We have to watch a recorded version on Speed after the fact? |

You won't even see this on speed. And if you do it'll be a 1 sec shot between nascar and dead air. |

Well... It's been a rough day. After only a few laps of practice, the 1190 broke an exhaust valve and we are out of the race. We also had issues with the 1125, but now have it running so Shawn will still be in the 200. I'll post a full report on crotchrocket.tv when I sober up in a couple of weeks. |

Ducxl, I deleted your post, it was rude. These are hopes and dreams and people with limited resources and budgets doing amazing things with what they have. If you just want to pee on a thread, do it on some other forum. Thanks. |

It is a sambhar SHAME Erik Isn't prepared for the biggest race of his career. This never should have happened. I really want EBR to succeed as much as the next Buell Enthusiast.I won't be an EBR sycophant tho. |

I have a lot of respect for EBR's teams and RodRobs team for going out there and making a courageous attempt with whatever resources and time they could carve out. These are epic efforts doing amazing things with really limited resources. They have already done more today in AMA sportbike then all of Honda will do in this entire season. I don't have a lot of respect for somebody who sits back on their ass and throws rocks at the people going for it. If you felt so strongly about it, and it was so easy, why aren't you parked in the infield with a fully equipped trailer and a full suite of replacement parts? You probably have more spare time and money at this point than either Rob or EBR does. (Message edited by reepicheep on March 16, 2012) |
