Issuing shares is a great way to generate capitol, something EBR will need in order to produce $15K motorcycles for the general public. I'm pretty sure they're going in to this with their eyes open. I don't suffer under the illusion that Erik would ever relinquish control again by not retaining a majority. Fool me once, shame on you... |

There's a difference between buying shares and buying interest. Could not be certain, but in this case I believe Hero has bough interest in EBR. That is a great platform creating capital and later liquidity. Nothing but good news in this story! |

Yeah it sounded cool until I got to this part: "his company plans to soon invest an undisclosed amount in EBR, giving it more of a say in EBR and the partnership between the two companies" But I'm sure it's not the way it sounds though. |

Erik will never let that happen again, Hero isn't the first motorcycle manufacturer that EBR has dealt with. |

Sounds like Hero is hoping to ride EBR into overseas markets. This is good news. The net result is higher capacity, larger production runs, greater economies of scale. EBR for mortals. How can that be a bad thing? |

I'd say it's a good deal for Hero too, they get to use his knowledge & his connections. |
