This seems to be a classic conservative/liberal dichotomy. Both sides see a failure of government policy. On side sees the solution as elimination of the failed policy. The other side sees the solution as expansion of government programs.
Has a failing government program ever been saved through expansion? |

Ukraine.... a political activist made condom labels in the face of the current leader to encourage people not to reproduce this kind of kid....spent his own money doing it.... and was arrested as 'inciting'

I don't see the big deal here. This is a great program and needs for all 50 states. Lack of education to young people have resulted in early parenthood and abortions. No, I dont have the numbers in front of me, this is just an assumption made with common sense |
