I'm probably going to be dragged to my nephew's wedding in June. It will be in Mountain Grove, MO. I am toying with driving out with the folks and having my Road King shipped out to either there or Pittsburg, TX (where he actually lives) and riding back. I live in Baltimore. Does anybody have any experience with shippers and does anybody know what it might cost? As an alternative, I could rent a bike but I'm not too sure I can rent a bike one-way. Anybody have an idea? |

If you ship it i would recommend you find a shipping hub closet to where you are going to have it shipped from or picked up at. This will save a lot of money. Shipping right to your door is very expensive. I used freightcenter.com and i shipped mine to california from Utah and JTSperformance dyno tune and map it. http://www.freightcenter.com/ |

Too bad no one in Baltimore is needing one shipped from there, you could get paid to ride it back. A co-worker/riding buddy of mine had one shipped from Texas to Ky. for around $600 to his door. |

We use the federal company all the time never had a problem and they show up when they say they will. Also keyboard shipping is a good company. We just shipped a bike from clearwater, fla to california for 709.00. It's cheaper if you go business to business. |

uShip.com I'm shipping a bike from AL to IN (~600 miles) for $360. Enclosed transport. I've used the service before and gotten good pricing and delivery. The more flexible you are, the better the options and pricing. Door-to-door. |

I just made a great deal with uShip.com. I need to get my brother's old panhead chassis back to him and it's really not worth much. For $400, it will be carried by a company with good feed back and my problem is solved. It's the first time I've used uShip. It seems to be very cool! |
