Was the delivery requested by the president? Not by, just for. He needs the plausible deniability defense. |

Just picking up on a little detail... the last time this happened it was by an old lady flying an old airplane with no radio (they're not required in bottom-teir airspaces) when Obama was in Chicago. They put a 30-mile radius out from where he was, which is pretty ridiculous. I'm glad to see that this was only an 8-mile radius, which I think is more in line with reason. Must have ruined this guy's day, though, to get caught simply by making a bonehead error. |

Which poor decision would you classify as the "bonehead error"? The flying into POTUS' airspace or carrying 40lbs of pot? Either way, epic fail and probably someone who should have been culled from the genetic pool. |

Last time the president was in the Seattle area someone was in his airspace and they scrambled some fighters. As they flew near my building there was a giant boom an it sounded (and felt) like something REALLY big fell on the roof. (Message edited by orman1649 on February 20, 2012) |

someone parked one on the lawn when Clinton was in the house - it doesn't get much more in their space .... except maybe the kid that landed a cessna on Red Square back in the 80s |
