Glitch, you're welcome. I asked the gal who cut my hair this morning how she feels about handguns. She's my go-to hair-cutter, and I had just come from Starbucks. "Love 'em! I've got my CC permit, and normally carry in my purse." I asked her if it would cause any sort of "tension" if I or another customer came into her shop packing on their hip. "Nope!" came the cheerful reply. Ya gotta love livin' in the mountains. FB |

Isn't StarBucks' official policy to NOT ban CCW where allowed by law? Oddly, no one's been shot. Whatever, I was at StarBucks in Cleveland. |

Well; I went to Starbucks in Leominster, MA. Business was the same as usual. No busier, nor was it any less busy. I guess the boycott went over like a fart in church. Yay. (Message edited by Crusty on February 15, 2012) |

Ya gotta love livin' in the mountains. Looks like Jerry done gone Mountaineer! The Southern Appalachians, where it's all about living. I don't know if it was any more busy, or any less busy as I don't frequent Starbucks, but the little girl that served said they saw an increase during the early hours. Gun owners get up earlier? |

"Ya gotta love livin' in the mountains." Here in the west also Jerry but more so "living in a conservative state" but even if I didn't I'd be "packin'". |

Ferris, thanks for posting Ed's video. Wish I'd have seen it in time to do my part on Valentine's Day. Starbuck's have taken some questionable positions in the past (like their reaction to the 1999 WTO riots in Seattle), but this redeems them for me. They have one more customer, now. |

My double tall skinny on a leash, plus whatever the wife & son ordered, was decidedly satisfying yesterday. |

Ferris, thanks for posting Ed's video. Wish I'd have seen it in time to do my part on Valentine's Day. You're welcome, but it's not too late to support Starbucks. The anti-gun campaign against Starbucks' "legal guns are welcome" policy is ongoing; yesterday was simply their kick-off event. I happen to enjoy SBUX, and have supported them for a long time. Now that I know they support my right to bear arms, I will make even more of an effort to patronize them on an ongoing basis. Take care, FB |

I sold both my thongs (S1's) last summer. They were just sitting in the shop taking up space. Too uncomfortable for my aged frame anymore. As I recall, you didn't care much for them either... rt |
