you were NEVER supposed to collect on it to begin with. When they 'built' it in 34; the entitlement pay out age was 10% higher than the contemporary morbidity tables. It was always set up as a life time of bilking for no return - because you were supposed to DIE first. Any body that tells you differently is looking at the rhetoric, and NOT the math. |

True, 'nuff, that. Based on the German program of Bismark in the earlier century, payout at 65, but few lasted that long. |
