We should probably establish a thread for HC2012. Maybe I'm not seeing all the sausage-making behind the scenes, but it seems as if last year's get together was largely unplanned past 1) Hang out in East Troy 2) Go to Elkhart Lake 3) Go home. In all fairness, I had a terrific time. I suppose if we want to coordinate anything more elaborate, this is time to do it. Ideas? |

It's not hard to do. PM Court and he will be full of ideas. Probably the easiest one to coordinate t-shirts through. June 1-3 is the SUBWAY SuperBike Doubleheader @ Road America. There, I've got you started. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/406 2/665650.html?1327079062 (there's your thread) |

I'm probably going to stick with just helping organize the HHR again this year. With all sorts of new developments on the work and homefront, I unfortunately don't think I'll have time to be involved in a spring ADK rally. I'm going to the Round Up BBQ tonight to see if the food is still up to snuff for October's run. It's a tough job, but I'm the man for it. |

For Sun Feb 5th, meet up at the Ruby Street Grill in Tavares between 10:30-11:00. Nothing else really planned... If anyone wants to meet on the west coast somewhere before that to ride over as a group, let me know! |

There are a bunch of twisty roads running east to west between your north to south routes. Hurricane Irene destroyed the best one last August, but it may be patched up buy the spring. I've ridden your proposed trip and its a great one. Rt 9 paralells 87 and is a much better ride. Rt 8 and 9n are nice as well. A day trip into Vermont could get you to some of the east west mountain roads. Rt 17 most well known but mostly destroyed, rt 125 is fresh pavement, rt 73 and 4 were newer but Irene did them in as well. Count me in to make an appearance at some point, though a can't say for sure how long or when now |

Brum, I put it on my calendar and I'll put in for that Friday off as well. Not sure what I'll do for a room - may just camp, but who knows. I can put together some routes or at least some roads that people should try to work into their own routes. Let me know if you need any help from me on anything given my proximity. Crossing my fingers that my S3 is back together by then. |
