In my opinion, this is precisely where HD has dropped the ball for a very long time in the US market, and it appears they still don't grasp that they misunderstood the Italian market too. "Is it arrogance, or stupidity?" No... It's arrogance and stupidity. That article focused on two issues, price and size. My biggest issues with HD are performance and handling. Actually the lack of. Their dealer network can also be very frustrating, but that might be a more difficult issue to deal with. |
