How do I take them. I have windows 7 on a Dell laptop. If anyone knows I sure would appreciate it |

you should have a print screen key (prt sc on my comp) Might have to use fn key with it anyway, then try to 'paste' in paint or something and there you have it thats what I do anyway |

Click the start button, type in snipping tool into the search box, use that. Works great to take quick and easy snapshots. |

i keep forgetting so i have to google how to do it every time i try. don't feel bad. for me the re-learning is getting quicker, but the knowledge retention seems to remain constant. |

ALT + print screen gets you only the top window, not the entire desktop. |
