So today I got some more stuff moved, mostly old baseball/hockey/football/basketball cards etc from when i was a kid Came across about 100 of the Harley Davidson trading cards Some neat ones like Cal Rayborn, the black and gold HD that the Jap guys took to the Daytona 200 in the early 90s etc etc and then I saw this http://www.ebay.com/itm/1988-HARLEY-DAVIDSON-BUELL -RR-1000-BATTLE-TWIN-CARD-/290379721528?pt=LH_Defa ultDomain_0&hash=item439bfaeb38 this isnt mine (the ebay ad), just what I found today I was pretty excited, didnt know if anyone else on here knew about these, had these Im now curious what other Buells were featured in the series besides the 93rss (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-93-HARLEY-DAVIDSON-BU ELL-RSS-1200-MOTORCYCLE-CARD-/290379864571?pt=LH_D efaultDomain_0&hash=item439bfd19fb) I've spent a good part of the day going through all of these cards, sorting them by sport so I can start looking up values, selling them etc This was one of the few cards that actually got me excited. |

Jeez you gave me a heart attack, I thought Wandell had somehow gained control of my revered baseball club. The whole collector card thing is a peculiarly American thing, it never caught on in Europe despite various attempts over the years. |

I bought 5 of these. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-93-HARLEY-DAVIDSON-BU ELL-RSS-1200-MOTORCYCLE-CARD-/290379864571?pt=LH_D efaultDomain_0&hash=item439bfd19fb#ht_958wt_1165 They arrived today. They are knock-offs. The photo is very dark. The photos were lifted from Cycle World. Hahahahahaha . . . it proclaims the Buell to be "the world's first production bike to have an "upside-down" style fork and six piston front caliper" For those of you wanting to get up in a snit and point to a bunch of obscure bikes . . . take it up with Cycle World . . that quote was lifted as well. |

knockoffs of something worth almost nothing? Glad I didnt order that then. There is a small general store nearby that has a lot of these, I am going to go see which they have, I'd like to get more of the racers, race bikes, and buell cards |
