Its hard to believe some retailers are opening up on Thanksgiving day.

I refuse to shop until regular store hours on black Friday.
Even the little guys deserve time with their family's.

I never shop on Thanksgiving Day. Black Friday is MY DAY to shop ALL DAY with my Momma. Carlos has the kids and need not ask when I'll be home!

What little holiday shopping I do is typically done sometime on the afternoon of Dec. 24th.

I went once. Once. I'll never do it again.

We're pretty much done with the Christmas shopping for the boy. All that's left are the grownups. We try to get it done as early as possible so we can spread the financial burden out as much as possible and actually enjoy the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

My boss already got me a present. A 4 day trip to the Bahamas!

I'm with the Internet thing. IIRC they coordinate their sales with the holiday, but I think they get going on Monday due to shipping needs. CyberMonday, right?

Anyone more familiar with Internet shopping? Heck, I gotta go to Wallyworld this afternoon and pick up some things and hate that bad enough- I avoid shopping like Black Friday like the plague.

I like the idea of sitting in my skivvies if I want, surfing around, finding things I'd never find in the market around here, buying at good $$$, and- POOF, having a box show up a few days later.
