I might just have to build something like this.

Looks like an expensive over indulgent toy only a kid or small adult could ride. Bet it's heavy and turns like crap compared to the Knight Rider Big wheel my kid brother had back in the day. |

Ill make one my size. You gotta admit it would be quite the conversation piece. I know I could build that in a weekend. Only real expense is the back wheel |

I cold see using a trailer spindle and wheel bearing in a 5x4.5 bolt pattern and then whatever car wheel you want! I'm sure you could find one at Tractor Supply for around $50.00, then choose your wheel, I think a 18" mag/torque thrust wheel with a motorcycle tire would make it more livable because you could turn. You would probably need a unicycle front hub and then lace that to whatever wheel you want (no need to dish in a front end). Hell, grab a steering knuckle from a wrecked Chevy in 2wd with wheel bearing in 6 lug and have your choice of any and all large wheels you could possibly ever think. It would be a matter of cleaning up the knuckle and welding it onto your swingarm... |

I'm assuming that's single sided? It's pretty awesome looking none the less, kid probably has a one of a kind ride on and dad has a great conversation piece. The fat, flat tire probably helps for balance especially when going slow. The first thing I thought was man that kid's legs will be the size of tree trunks by the time he's 10. LOL |

its reality - VeeWee's were built primarily in Germany at that time, Mexican assembly didnt occur until after the 181 was already done. And the 'American Dream' is such a nice reality - enjoy the ride. |

Looks like a notch in the middle. Got my eye on an original 67 sunroof notch a friend of mine has. |

And the 'American Dream' is such a nice reality - enjoy the ride. It is, i just bought a house, im making more money now than i was before and im working less hours, and i dictate the hours. So yeah, id say its all good, probably because i took off my tinfoil hat and decided to do something. |

"...because i took off my tinfoil hat and decided to do something..." "...barnfulls of Ukranian women..." Now that's some pretty funny stuff. . . Just be careful, some of those Ukranian women may go by the name . . . Peggy . . .
Sorry, hijack over. . . |

meh, my indifference is only surpassed by my apathy, if you don't see it; I don't care. Enjoy the ride. |
