The thing that pisses me off is that the prosecutor took this thing to court KNOWING that the case had no merit and would be thrown out. They were hoping the defendant would be scared into plea bargaining to a lesser charge. Those cops should be fired and the DA fined on ethics charges. They should have to publicly apologize to the jurors for wasting their time and to the local citizens for being incompetent. After that, I think the defendant has a good civil case against these morons. | ||

On that forum too... They want to use this case to remove the requirement to notify from law enforcement stops. Which I tend to agree with. Additionally, I believe that this officer/s has been/will be fired as the Canton PD is currently hiring for two officers in the near future (March 2012) | ||

Currently in Miami and its spreading over so fla the Highway patrol and Metro Dade police ( Miami ) are in a GANG war with each other the Metro Cops Speed at over 120mph on the Fla Turnpike FHP turf. This is not on duty its to get to the Cushy security job that pays all OT. Basically any PBA represented Leos in So Fla are throwing feces on FHP cars they Are threatening each other on Face Book ETC If either side sees the other running with lights etc Running a Call Who ever claims the Turf is stopping the other agency in the middle of a call! Exchange Gang member with Leo and you get the Picture | ||
