I think the most empowering reaction we give is taking them serious. If they were just a joke, they would be more likely to quit taking the time to keep getting free publicity.
And for all of you Christians out there with wicked thoughts and you Americans with wishes to stop them. Despicable or not, morally gray or outright wrong, they are within their rights. I fought for everyone's rights, even if I don't like what they do with them. This is the land of the free. And is it right to hate someone, especially for doing what WBC does? Is that the Christian thing to do? Or perhaps, is praying for their safety and mental illness the right thing to do? Hate to fight hate, you are perpetuating their cycle. |

Best thing to do is to just ignore them, they have absolutely nothing without people paying attention. Turn your backs on them. |

It is the land of the free until some politician makes a law against something..... like smoking in your car... or letting a man taking a dump in the ladies room... or smoking pot legal/illegal... or wearing your seatbelt in your car.
The best thing to do is to call your representatives and urge them to make a new law forbidding the act of protesting anywhere near cemetery or funeral of any serviceman. Then no one will ever have to worry about it again.
Tell them you will vote for Obama if they do not promise to do so. |
