http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/mcy/254805795 3.html Found this on craigslist. Seems a bit over the top for wind protection, in my opinion. Sorry if this messes up any ULY rider's day.

It's fugly but I bet it works fine and the addition of the stereo is a perk. I'd be curious to see how he mounted it and the the headlight.

im with Nate, I dont think it looks good, but I like the practicality of it. I know these fairings block a ton of wind....and having a radio/speakers there is great too. Again, doesnt look good on this bike, but bet it works great

had a Harley committee been intent on keeping the Buell brand in its dealerships. this would have been the result. He is missing alot of CHROME though.

Not familiar with the fairing brand, but if it's one of the detachable batwing knockoff types, might not suck too bad. It'd be nice to have some tunes, plus the batwing looks to have eliminated the need for the handguards. Sure is strange to look at though... I'd have to ride it to judge. Wonder what Vern thinks...

Hoppe is a pretty reputable brand. Not the $6000 as mentioned earlier but usually around 1200 to 1700 new.

yeah I think the person spouting off six grand was kidding, just joking around. No way HD is charging 6k for the batwing, hell you can get the whole bike for 20

Yeah, I figured as much. I didn't point it out 'cause I figured everyone would pick up on it, everyone did, didn't they? If not I've got some things in the garage I need to get rid of.
