I somehow got my taskbar thingy to the top of my screen and can't get it down to the bottom again. I have windows 7 if that helps. I tried dragging it I can't seem to do that any ideas? |

right click - unlock |

Right click the task bar, select "unlock taskbar", it should let you drag it then. You can't drag straight down, so go to the left side or right side first. |

Hey all. gota a client here cant get windows 7 library to display and allow access to all types of files, how do you set file types in a library in W7 |

press alt key to get the old file menu back, then its pretty much the same as XP. Folder options, view, show hidden files, don't hide extensions. |

I maintain Panasonic Toughbooks for our servicemen in their vehicles running XP. About half of them are computer literate, the other half, I kind of wonder. It is amazing how often I get a ticket to fix the taskbar that is half the screen or on the top or side. I don't mind getting paid to drive someplace and listen to my XM radio while enroute though. Yes, I've tried to talk them through it on the phone but it is like talking to a fencepost sometimes. |
