Mine does it too and I never put mine in my pocket. Hell I rarely even remove mine from the ignition. |

bike or jeep, i get to someplace like walmart and get halfway to the door, facepalm myself, turn around, and go grab my key that i left in the ignition. |

I attribute my grungy key to my greasy fingers. Dish soap and a toothbrush work great for cleaning. However, it will just get grungy again, so why bother? |

I usually don't go back and get it. Especially the jeep. The jeep key got taken out of the ignition for the first time in months tonight. |
