im sorry if that was missleading, i said "20k OR LESS bike", in other words im waiting for a bike in my future price range of 20k or less. dont read so much into it, im only 20 years old, what do i know?

I'm not sure where that $20,000 figure came from . . .can anyone back that up?

When I first looked at a Buell in John's Harley in Ft. Collins, CO in about 1988-89 (I think because I left in 1990) it was 16,500. Seemed like a lot then, but not so much now when you consider that you will be getting a hand made bike that is all of Erik's ideas wrapped up a single package. 20K seems fair to me especially given that a new electraglide is 24K. AND, it keeps the workshop open. All in all, o.k. with me. I just have to find the money..... |

This is *really* cool to see Erik Buell Racing and the 1190RS getting so much great press.
Am I right that there's only one AMA Superbike round left this year? Hopefully a strong result will get some more exposure.
So what's the deal with the "FIERCELY INDEPENDENT" shirts Court? Any chance they'll go public?
I agree that "Illegitimi non carborundum" would make a great shirt! |
