I called yesterday to see about a front caliper rebuild kit. And even though they were closed for the races over the week end they got it out the same day! I'll have it Friday and do the job over the weekend. The local shop told me two weeks. If you need a part Al's the man! |

>>>>If you need a part Al's the man! That's an accurate statement. I know his boss.

Just remember that his business is based almost 100% on tube frame and XB buells so if you own one of those please give them all the business you can so that American Sport Bike can survive as less and less of those bikes remain on the road!! |

Al helped me out a lot on a package re-direct about a year ago, when they originally shipped to my old address, and I never gave him props for that. Props AL Kilroy |

Joanne used to print out message threads from BadWeB and mail them to me while I was in prison. Al spent an entire Sunday of his personal time at the shop showing me how to rebuild my forks. These are just two examples of honest and caring people who give the personal attention to their customers. I would literally do anything for them, they are truly great people. |

Thanks for the props, folks! It truly helps to hear it. Monday was brutal...back from the races after 2AM, unload and into bed by 3AM, up at 6AM to get three days worth of accumulated web orders out. By the end of the day I was WAY wore out and more than a little bit cranky But all is back to normal now. Mostly. We still have some files to get restored from the server crash (i.e., the sales email box pre-July 2nd...if you have been waiting for the response to an email since before then, please re-send) Al |

Hmm Char, that's a picture of me holding Al's big stick - how could I possibly hate you for that?? THANK YOU ALL for your kind words of support. You don't realize just how much they mean to me at the moment. Joanne |

You guys really do rock. Hell...you take care of ME, and I'm one of those goofy all-email people! Although, if you ever want an East Coast franchise..... |
