On my way to Iraq, I had a layover in Bitburg Germany. Yes the home of Bitburger beer, which I had in huge quantities while laid over. Anyway, I'm sitting out in front of the hotel taking in the German countryside when a bunch of bikes pull up, and one of them is a Lightening. I walk up to the guy (who spoke no english) and started pointing at his bike, he looks at me like I'm nuts or just irritating until I pull out my phone and show him a picture of my 1125. He immediately got it and we began discussing Buells, while not understanding a word each other was saying. Either way, after many beers and a love for Buells we were fast friends!

Haha! That's just awesome. It's amazing what folks with a shared passion can share even when they don't speak the same language. |

Most people function on a vocabulary of less than 1000 words.... the key is to use the same 1000 words they do well It is a great world standing bike ! |
