Next Saturday Evening (July 30), Terri and I will be dining at the Original Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse, NY at 6:00 PM. After we eat, we're going over to the Mohawk Power and Light Building to look at some of the most magnificent Art Deco Architectural design to be seen anywhere. Anyone who wishes to join us is welcome. |

While you're in the neighborhood there are a few good choices for live music festivals this coming weekend too: Great American Irish Festival in Herkimer http://www.gaif.us/ Krockathon in Syracuse http://www.krockathon.com/ Stickstock Rock & Blues Fest in Lee Center http://www.facebook.com/pages/Stickstock-Music-FES T/150285125038607 These are just three that I'm aware of, there's probably more. I would like to go to all 3 of these I listed. I'm going to Stickstock Sat. because it's just a few miles from my house. Might go to the Irish fest on Sunday if we get up early enough. Also - I live about 20 minutes from the Dino. If anyone wants to head north afterwards, you can stop over, check out my wrecked Firebolt, and there's an ice cream stand nearby if you're not stuffed too full of BBQ. |

Froggy - my guest room is open. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so if you're allergic it's not a good place! Garage storage for the bike as well. I have another room and a few semi-comfortable couches if anyone else needs a place. |

I was thinking - since I'm only 20 minutes from there, have room for a few more, and have a nice back deck with a fire pit - we could have a little "after BBQ" party at my house. Drink some cold beverages (I need to clean out the beer fridge before I head overseas anyways), make some smores, and trade lies and stories about motorcycles. |

Im thinking about taking a ride up too... Tires are a little thin on the 1125 and one of the S3's so I will have to ride the S3 I have for sale. I will have to find a place to stay as well as it is just to far to try to head back. If anyone has a suggestion on a budget hotel that would be cool. Prob head out of WNY in the AM if anyone from this side of the state wants to meet up in route PM me or give me a call. My number is in the BRAN. Weather is looking good for the weekend. Cant wait to spend some time with some fellow Buellers. |

Rde48 - the offer is open to anyone here for a guest room or couch, as long as you don't have pet allergies. I'm only 20 minutes from the Dino, and only a few minutes from the 690 Exit on the thruway. |

Oh man if I read this earlier! I'm in Binghamton and would have jumped on it. A benefit pig roast is on my schedule tonight. I'll go next time! That's the only Dino BBQ ve been too. I was in Rochester working Wednesday and couldn't make it there. Has anyone been to the new one near Albany? |

It was a good turn out - 12 people, I think 9 Buells (I was the odd bike out on the Harley!) and a good meal.

Just pulled in after a long day of wandering the back roads of NY. It was great seeing all the old and new friends. I also have a special thanks to Chad(Tbolt98) and his bro Bill for giving Ailisa a place to crash and breakfast as well. Hope to see everyone again soon. (Message edited by rde48 on July 31, 2011) |
