Pretty silly of Cadbury to use Naomi Campbell's name without her permission. If they do have permission, then it is pretty silly of Naomi. Naomi Campbell's lawyers would most likely succeed in a courtroom argument that their client was defamed. There may be many women named Naomi but only one famous Naomi is a diva. Things might be different in England but a jury in the US would most likely side with the plaintiff. Hence, Cadbury will settle out of court to get past this racist moniker.
