Lindsay Lohan tried to sue over the milk aholic baby commercial(e trade I think) because she said they inferred that it was her. She lost the case

I can only guess that this would go the same way as they didn't specifically say Naomi Campbell.

I suspect Ms. Campbell's career is in a slump and she needs the publicity. I wouldn't know, I don't think I've ever heard her. Nor do I care.

I'm a feminist, and have a few.... opinions. Sweet.... Chocolate...racist? Certainly could be offensive. But I really doubt Kraft meant it that way. Easy to go over the edge on that. I can see offense being taken. Just don't see it here. Hope she loses.

Remember the Janet Jackson Superbowl wardrobe malfunction? I was offended. Angry. I didn't mind seeing her breast for a split second. Nature, life, humans, no big deal. I was pi##ed that there was a planned act of fake assault on a woman as part of the entertainment.

I have no problem with a pretend pretentious chocolate bar.

what about the new 'chocolate' diamonds being marketed to 'divas' is that now racist too?

they are a pretty rock, have a nice caramel mocha color to them; I am in for the count because they match my girls eyes - oh well, its only money.
