One of the first responses we (the design engineers) got back after the launch of the second generation of the GOES satellites (mid 1990's) was, "We have no idea what we are going to do with all the data, but the package you have given us is amazing." I don't know what satellite gave this information but I'm glad someone has some idea of what to do with it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-13522957 G |

We can find buried pyramids, but not drug tunnels under the border? Somebody needs to retask that satellite. And arm it. |
