Just one little twister? Saw 5 in one day, took the roof off the company garage. A beam came down and missed the boss by 2 feet. That and the baseball sized hail was enough reason to move out of Denver. Also got chased across Kansas by one. Was riding sideways to get away. Then there was the lightening hitting 10 feet from my front door. But the biggest gotcha was the 9.2 earthquake that lasted 4 minutes. Just one little twister? |

Tornadoes: Made it through three of them. Volcanoes: Got dusted by ash from Mount St. Helens. Earthquakes: Lived between the epicenter and San Francisco in the '89 quake. Hailstorms: More than I care to count and I helped replace some roofs in Denver after that baseball sized hail. Haven't been hit by lightning yet, but its been real close and I'm still young . G |

Forgot about the volcano, little eruption of Mt LLiamna when I was about 8. 3 days in the house before the sun came out. Entire city of Anchorage covered in about a foot of gray powder. |
