Borders book store isnt doing well, they are sending out tons of coupons etc Including one sent this morning via email for 50% off, so I am considering getting the Buell Review Book Anyone on here have it? Thoughts? Put the Buell FanBoy stuff aside, what are your thoughts of it, what does it consist of? I think all of us were spoiled by Dave and Courts book, so Im not expecting something that awesome, but I dont want to drop 30 bucks on a book that has very basic info and pictures. No local stores stock this, so I cant preivew it before buying. Any help would be really really appreciated. | ||

I own it. Court is correct it is a collection of some, it says all but not the case, magazine articles on Buells from around the world. I only have 4yrs experience with Buell so it was nice to page through some of the stuff on the older models. I haven't read the whole thing yet. | ||

right, thats what i said in original post - 30 bucks. This might not be the book for me if its just mag writers and their opinions. SVH - is it ONLY magazine articles? Comparisons? I dont know, I really love buell and like adding to my Buell colletion of stuff, but I just dont know about dropping 30 on this.... dangit. | ||

They are Magazine articles - Republished without permission in a blatant finger raised at the copyright owners. One US based Badwebber is actioning it too. | ||

I have it. Paid $60 and think that was too much (all black and white inside) but for $30 could be interesting to have for the future, when any literature about Buells became rare. | ||

I got mine for $32 shipped on ebay. There are comparisons as well. If I had looked it over in a bookstore I probably wouldn't have bought it but there is some interesting stuff. |
