OK, random question, I've decided I need to get some certifications for Microsoft and Cisco. The 5 day schools are not an option as it would cost me $10,000 for Microsoft and another $2000 for the basic Cisco CCNA. So I'm looking a "self teaching" courses from TrainSignal, CBT Nuggets, and Quickcert, all of them look like about $1500 to $2000 for the packages I need, plus about $150 per test when I'm ready. Just looking for thoughts if anyone has tried any of these providers. Specifically I'm looking to be Microsoft MCITP Enterprise Admin (2008 server plus Win7 administration) and Cisco CCNA and down the road CCNP.

And no work is not paying for this, it comes out of my pocket.

I've used Quickcert before (about 12 years ago) and it got me through my certification tests. Never had to take a test twice. I was lucky enough to have it provided by work though.
