You wouldn't think I'd still be worried about heated jackets in the middle of May, but if you lived where I do, you would be too. I've had a Gerbing's heated jacket for about 6 years, wear it just about everyday except July and August. It finally developed an intermittent open circuit on the right hand glove. Gerbing's advertises a lifetime warranty on the electrics, so I called them. They told me to send it in. Just a bit over a week later I received a brand new one via UPS. Just love it when a company does what it says it will!! And that new microwire stuff is the bomb. Thinner and warmer. (Message edited by scooter808484 on May 11, 2011) |

I am a believer in Gerbings. Not just the warmth but their customer service is the best that one could hope for. Sunny had to get a custom-fit set and they did alterations TWICE at no charge. No questions. |

That reminds me, my gloves aren't working due to one of the glove connectors on my Gerbing jacket is a little frayed from wear and tear, I'll have to give them a buzz and see what they can do for it. |

+1000 I bought a full microwire set a few years ago and it easily extends my riding season by months and makes even the nastiest weather a non-issue.... |
