Hey Guys, in a little bit of a pickle here and need a favor. We have a piece of equipment her at work we need to cut some vent holes into so it doesen't over heat We were just going to cut some holes in the cover but since we just got a plazma table I got the bright idea to try and cut our Logo into the cover and put some expanded metal behind the holes and make it look cool. My problem is I am having a hell of a time getting the Jpeg I have into something I can use. I need a real simple outline image. I think its called a Vector drawing, No colors, just the outline of the shapes and the letters. Does anyone know how to do this or could do it for me? Let me know and I can email you the Jpeg of the Logo. Its our companys logo so it wont be a legal issue for me to screw with it and use it on our equipment. | ||

PM me. Your company doesn't have the logo as a vector .eps? I'll take a look and see how difficult it will be to make a vector for you. | ||

our marketing dept is a bunch of goons and I am trying to keep them out of it as much as I can. If they know I can do this then it will open the flood gates. PM incoming | ||

Tq, do a search for WinTopo freeware. I believe it will do what you are wanting to do.  |
