I'd love to have one. A SM style electric bike sounds like the perfect commuter. Too bad the SM street version costs $12k. That's well out of the price range I'm willing to spend for a bike with limited range. | ||

I like it, but wonder what it cost to fix when you lay it down? Those batteries normally aren't cheap. | ||

new pipe on the sikk and a set of sprocket changes.... 68 M per gallon.... what ever am I going to do with all that savings ?.... It is pretty cool though... I would be so tempted to run it up the Burke Gilman! no traffic, no cops, no speed limits.... just a pesky bicyclist or two ! | ||

I keep saying it's only 20 miles to work for me. If the batteries are in a removable box, I could charge them while at work. Then 20 full throttle mile home. |
