This is really good news ...... I called today to find out why Jim was ditching Erik's calls and ....... Sure enough..... He sent me to voice mail too! I'm thrilled to hear he's headed home and our thoughts and prayers continue ...... You folks are, as midgets say, nothing short of amazing. |

That is good to hear! As Chili says, stories like this are inspirational. People who can see the good in the situation, where most would dwell on the bad. Badwebbers are the best! We have been on the recieving end of the heartfelt generosity and genuine care too. It's feels so great and so humbling at the same time. And bummer that you missed Erik's call...but hey...now you have a permanent recording of it in your voicemail to listen to whenever you want Wishing you a full speedy recovery XX-V |

At home folks!!! I had to let the furkids get alllllll their loving back in before even thinking about the computer. As I type I have one pit pver my feet, one aggravatingly, persistantly on my chest, and the Dobie in a crate beside me. Court, lol, when they said I could go, the phone went into the bag and I unfortuanatley again missed a great phone call. Appreciate the kind words! Had to bring home a duffel bag of meds it seems like, but all is well! Enjoyin time at home. |

Forgot to mention that I also missed a call from Eddie Buell, Eirk's brother. Said he knew where Erik kept the keys to the 1190rs and as soon as I could make it up there we'd go sneak them out for a ride!! Bout blew a stitch, it was Rubberdown of course but made me laugh!! Jim, Betting if your furkids are anything like our one, they missed their daddy!!! They sure can sense when they are needed too. So good to have you home! |

Glad to hear you are home. I have a local friend who is fighting organ rejection now and has had a tough road of it as well. You and she seem to share the same fighting spirit and positive outlook. Your attitude is truly inspirational and so important. I have sent prayers up on your behalf and am wishing the best for you and yours. |

Thanks so much to everyone who has placed a bid or given up a bit of their Buell swag to help out Jim and Tonya. What a great family we've got. My friend, Matt, benefitted greatly from this group, and so glad we can do it again for more of our own. Lots of items end in the next 24 hours or so, so keep the bids coming for this great cause. There will be another round of items posted early next week! Thanks, and you rock!!! Prior |

Not sure if its too late or not...I have a really cool Buell S2 frame with title that has a little bit of history to it I can offer up to the highest bidder. I believe that the original owner use to call it Blurr??? Is that correct Ferris??? I can totally relate to the challenges of being sick (its a day by day struggle, that can be very scary). So if I can help just a little, more then happy too! -Jim |

Dude! Good to hear from you, Jim, and thanks a million for your generous offer. We've decided at this time to ramp this auction down - we've way exceeded our goal for this go-round - but we'll need to ramp back up even bigger when we find U4euh a new kidney, so maybe hold on the frame until then?? In the meantime: THANK YOU!! Yep, the infamous BLURR, '96 Buell S2 Thunderbolt in Ice White Pearl. Yummy! Great to hear from you, my friend, and thanks for supporting Jim and Tonya. Please hang onto the frame for now; I hope we'll be needing it here real soon. FB&D (Message edited by jerry_haughton on April 25, 2011) |
