If all goes well this afternoon, my Ss will be sold as of 3pm. But don't worry, I'll still pop in from time to time. I tend to use Badweb more for entertainment than actual bike stuff anyway.  The guy that's buying is damn near giddy over it. He loves my mods, and has been wanting a Buell for awhile. I'll be sure to point him this way.  ~SM | ||

Well, it's sold. I'm definitely going to miss it. The Ss is a damned good bike. The guy I sold it to is totally in love with it. Funny though, he was much older then I expected, probably 50 or so. Hopefully he'll put it through its paces more often than I did. IF I get another bike, it's going to be a little more relaxed and better equipped for passengers and gear. At the moment I'm not entirely sure I'm going to get another bike. I could seriously deck out my Mustang with the cash, and I'm also tossing around the idea of using it as a down payment for a new dwelling for my parents. Their early-70's single-wide mobile home is just about ready for the scrap heap... 1x4s and staples weren't meant to last this long! ~SM | ||

Sorry to hear you sold your bike, hopefully the new owner introduces himself to us as your buyer. Also sounds like you had practical reasons for selling it. 1x4's and staples indeed! Almost bought a mobile home about ten years ago, glad I passed up that bargain, my condo will be hard enough to sell. Was that a stock pipe on your bike in the profile pic? My STT has a different outlet, I like the angled outlet in the photo you've got there better. | ||
