He has an infectious spirit and enthusiasm that is amazing. You just can't help but feeling Erik Buell Racing is going to succeed in coming out with some great, great bikes in the future. He definately has some more tricks up his sleeve.
That XB prototype is awesome. Made it in 1988, 15 years before it hit the street!
Four of us took our Buells and rode up 200+ miles from Indianapolis for this show. It was an amazing event. Got to meet Erik, Tony, Danny, etc. Erik even signed my bike. What an experience, what excitment in the room.
I loved it I think I would have asked what the new machine has to alieviate the clutch weepin all the 1125's and stator issues of the 09/10, is it a complete redesign and will it retrofit the 1125 series
Hmmmm, looks like there was a misunderstanding with Craftsmen and its host.
From Erik's Facebook..
"Hope a lot of you enjoyed the Carftsman show last Friday. There was some misunderstanding that came across in the show regarding future shows though. Erik Buell Racing are not scheduled to be on again. Last Friday was it."
